how we can work together

individual therapy

In therapy, the whole of who you are will be welcomed and we will deepen into your own ways of knowing, trusting, grounding, and envisioning. This therapy can be short or long term, and sessions are 50 minutes long. We will also regularly reflect on our work together to make sure your needs are being met. Sessions can range from open-ended and spacious to more structured and goals-oriented, depending on what works for you.

working with youth

If you’re a young person (ages 12 to 18) and therapy sounds helpful to you, I would love to work with you. Sessions are 50 minutes long and can empower you to feel more deeply into who you are and how you want to steer your life. We will work together creatively and dynamically, and when it’s useful, we can invite other important people in your life to join us in our sessions.

relational therapy

Our relationships are sacred. Relational therapy can transform the challenges you’re facing in relationships into opportunities for you and your loved one(s) to communicate and connect more deeply. Sessions can be ongoing or time-limited and are 50-75 minutes long. I offer therapeutic support to many kinds of pairs or groups, such as beloved friends, roommates, chosen or biological family members, or nontraditional partners.

working with survivors

Survivors, you deserve excellent, compassionate care. Maybe you identify as a survivor of abuse or trauma, or you move through the world in a body that is often under attack. Maybe you are committed to resisting intersecting systems of oppression, and existing itself feels like an act of survival. In therapy, you can feel seen, held, and empowered to transform the harm you’ve survived in a way that serves you and the world you want to see.
